Fincas Sunshine, part of our real estate group Portal Menorca, had the opportunity to participate once again in another exciting episode of «A Place in the Sun,» the well-known British television program that helps buyers find their perfect home abroad. We had already written about the second time Fincas Sunshine appeared on this well-known and popular British TV show.
On this occasion, under the direction of its well-known director, Carol Thomas, the agency presented a property in Menorca that perfectly matched the requirements and desires of the program’s contestants.
Alongside other properties presented by various real estate agencies on the island, the contestants had to conduct visits and select one to make an offer (provided one met their expectations) and then wait for the seller’s response to confirm or not the acquisition of their «place in the sun,» as the program’s name suggests.
The TV presenter guided the contestants through the property, showcasing the unique beauty and charm that Menorca has to offer. Now, the anticipation focuses on discovering the contestants’ final choice and which property they will select as their new home under the Mediterranean sun.
