As every year, we have prepared, first, a careful selection of properties for sale throughout the island, ranging from apartments in coastal developments to modern urban flats, single-family villas, and traditional fincas.

Likewise, we have also prepared, with great care and passion, a series of articles related to the real estate world and lifestyle in Menorca. For example, you will not be able to miss the "before and after" of an apartment on the first line in the port of Mahón. What a transformation!
We have also wanted to dedicate a special space to highlight how the evolution -above all technological- that Menorca is undergoing, has created an environment and ecosystem that is favoring the creation of companies and employment generation from and for the island (even people who live here develop his professional career outside the island).
